LEGO Kick off meeting was held in Teramo on January 22 and 23, 2019 at the International Centre for Veterinary Training and Information of IZSAM.
The kick-off meeting aimed to launch the LEGO activity programme, as foreseen in the project proposal. It represented also an opportunity for the consortium members to create solid bases for a successful cooperation.
During the meeting the following topics were presented and discussed:
- Project detailed overview
- Task sharing and synergies among partners
- Consortium agreement revision
- Steering Committee appointment
- Project management (main pillars)
- Work-flow schedule
- Communication and dissemination activities
- Administrative rules.
Representative of all partners participated in the event.
